The customer service is excellent! There was an issue with my address and Nielle reached out to me super quickly to fix it. The shipping was super fast, the scrunchies super good and her packaging was full of lovely surprises. I definitely recommend her and her shop and when I (inevitably) lose all my scrunchies, I will re-purchase more from her!!
